Putting It All Together

I put it all together using a template that I got from the internet. At first it was difficult putting it all together because since I'm not entirely used to the PhotoShop software I had to fiddle with it for a while until I finally managed to figure out a way to put it up. The template helped me a lot because it shows the guidelines of how I was going to make the CD and the layout looked a lot easier. Here is the digipak I used.

My CD Case for my artist - tracklist and disk

For my disk, I created it also using PhotoShop and I made the shapes on there myself. I tried to make all the colours match or at least have the same kind of colour scheme as the front page. On the disk, I added my artist's name which is TerryNash as well as the name of the album and the name of the executive producer.
I used the grid tool on PhotoShop to help me align my text ans images so that it looked more neat. I especially used it for my tracklist, which really helped. I also added a picture of TerryNash on my tracklist for it to have something more interesting. Here are the snapshots I took whilst still making them then the final finished products.

My CD Case for my artist - front page

I decided that i would attempt to have my CD cover try to match what the image and the title of the album was. This is because i used different textures when i chose my edits for my front page. I went with the cartoon-like effect which i felt looked better. Here are the before and after pictures of the process of how the picture looked before I added the effect on it

Here's the final front cover

Creating My Website

I made the website for my artist on a website called Wix. I started off with a blank page because I had tried to use a template of one that had most of the work done for you but it was difficult to suit ti to my artist and the genre that i wanted to portray through the website.
I decided that I wanted it to look simple but still appealing to my audience, so I chose to use two main colours which were red and white. The red was bright but the white showed off a more calm side which of what I wanted my audience to feel when they went on the website which is in some way a reflection of my artist.
I also chose to have different images of my artist to show the different sides he has as well as a lot of text tell the audience more about him and his work and the plans he has for the future which was to make it more intriguing for the audience.I also chose to put a lot of text to reveal to the audience more about my artist and the behind-the-scenes work he does with other artists so that the audience would get to know more about my artist

I chose to put in social networks that more work that my artist has done would be found and they could interact with him. I chose such as YouTube so that other videos could be viewed and Twitter for communication with my artist too, and more websites.
